Refund and Returns Policy

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Short version: We replace or refund damaged, defective, or wrong orders – if reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. Opened packs cannot be returned for taste preference.

 

1. When You Are Eligible

We will issue a replacement or full refund if:

  • Product received is visibly damaged, crushed, or tampered with

  • Product is defective – off smell, compromised seal, or abnormal appearance

  • Wrong product received (different SKU from what was ordered)

  • Product arrives expired

 

We are unable to process refunds/replacements if:

  • Claim is raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • No unboxing video is provided for a damage or quality claim

  • Product has been consumed and complaint is about taste preference

  • Product was stored incorrectly (exposed to moisture, left unsealed, etc.)

  • Packaging was opened and then reported as damaged

2. How to Raise a Claim

  1. Record an unboxing video when opening the package – mandatory for all damage/quality claims.

  2. Email support@minus42world.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Include: Order Number, Name, photo/video of the issue, and brief description.

  4. Our team responds within 1-2 business days with a resolution.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, wallet, etc.)

  • Processing time: 5-7 business days from approval, depending on your bank

  • Email confirmation sent once refund is initiated

Note: Cash refunds are not issued. All refunds go to the original payment instrument.

4. Replacements

If a like-for-like replacement is unavailable due to stock, we will offer an alternative product of equal value or a full refund – your choice. Replacements are dispatched within 2-3 business days of approval.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support@minus42world.com with your order number. Full refund issued within 5-7 business days. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible – refused deliveries may be eligible for a partial refund (minus logistics costs) once the sealed product is received back at our warehouse.

6. Do Not Accept Damaged Packages

If your delivery arrives visibly damaged or tampered with – refuse it. Contact us at support@minus42world.com immediately. Do not open a damaged package without recording it on video.
