Shipping Policy
1. Where We Ship
Minus42 ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not currently offer international shipping. Remote areas (J&K, North East, Lakshadweep, Andaman & Nicobar) may have extended timelines or limited serviceability – you will be notified at checkout.
2. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
Flat shipping fee of ₹80 on orders below ₹499
All charges displayed at checkout before payment
3. Dispatch Timeline
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of placement. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time (Post-Dispatch)
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata) | 2-4 business days |
Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities | 4-6 business days |
Remote / hilly areas (J&K, North East, etc.) | 7-10 business days |
Note: Estimates may vary during peak seasons (Diwali, New Year), extreme weather, or courier delays. Minus42 is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or force majeure events.
5. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number and courier name by email. WhatsApp/SMS updates are also sent by the courier where available. You can also track under ‘My Orders’ on your account, or by writing to support@minus42world.com.
6. Receiving Your Order
Some deliveries require OTP confirmation on your registered mobile. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2-3 attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse. Contact us to reschedule or to initiate a refund (minus logistics costs).
7. Lost or Undelivered Shipments
If your order is marked delivered but not received: check with neighbours or building reception, verify the address on your confirmation, and contact us at support@minus42world.com within 48 hours. We will investigate with the courier and resolve within 7 business days.
8. Bulk Orders – Shipping
Bulk orders above 50 units may be dispatched in multiple shipments. Our B2B team coordinates directly on timelines and logistics. Write to support@minus42world.com for all bulk shipping queries.
