1. Eligibility

2. Your Account

3. Products & Descriptions

All products sold on this Website are vegetarian and manufactured in compliance with applicable FSSAI regulations. We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, images, ingredients, and nutritional information are accurate.

Minus42 reserves the right to:

• Correct errors or omissions in product details at any time without prior notice

• Update pricing, availability, or specifications

• Cancel or modify orders where product information (including pricing) was inaccurate at time of purchase

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Appearance may vary slightly due to photography, batch variation, or packaging updates.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods listed at checkout. Payments are processed through secured third-party gateways. Minus42 does not store your card or payment details.

In the event of a pricing error, Minus42 reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders & Cancellation

Confirmation will be sent via email and/or WhatsApp after successful order placement. Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. To cancel, contact support@minus42world.com with your order number immediately. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled – please refer to the Refund & Return Policy.

Minus42 reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, reseller activity, or pricing errors) and will issue a full refund in such cases.

6. FSSAI & Food Safety Declarations

All products comply with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and the FSS (Labelling and Display) Regulations, 2020. Mandatory declarations:

• Manufactured in a facility that also handles tree nuts. Individuals with nut allergies should exercise caution.

• Each pack contains an oxygen absorber sachet. DO NOT EAT the sachet.

• No added sugar, preservatives, artificial flavours, or colours.

• Best before, batch number, MRP, and full ingredient list are printed on the pack.

• FSSAI License No: 20826005003268

• Veg Symbol: Green dot – displayed on all packaging.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website – including the brand name “Minus42”, logo, taglines, product descriptions, images, and design – is the exclusive property of Lumos42 Foods Pvt Ltd and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to: use the Website for unlawful purposes; scrape or harvest data without written permission; attempt unauthorised access to Website systems; submit false information; or post harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minus42’s aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Minus42 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
